Zenith Development – 72 Townhomes, Cloverdale, BC

Bestway Contracting was responsible for all interior finishing across 72 townhouse units, including:

  • Flooring and baseboards

  • Interior painting and wall coverings

  • Cabinetry and countertops

  • Tiling

  • Installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures

  • Railings and other finish carpentry

We worked closely with the builder’s site supervisors to ensure each unit was completed before its scheduled possession date, allowing homeowners to receive their keys on time with no compromise on quality.

SOHO – 250 Townhome Flooring Package

Bestway Contracting was awarded the contract to supply, deliver, and install flooring across 250 townhouse units.

To manage a project of this scale alongside other active sites, we:

  • Assigned dedicated site supervisors for SOHO

  • Held weekly coordination meetings with project managers

  • Scheduled all work 4–6 weeks in advance

University Hill Renovations – 80 Suites, Squamish, BC (Prospero Realty)

For Prospero Realty, Bestway Contracting completed the renovation of 80 suites in just 4 months.

Our scope included:
